Malala Yousafzai
2015
AZAM's portrait was officially commissioned by the Yousafzai family, and is permanently exhibited at University of Birmingham.
During the unveiling at The Barber Institute of Fine Arts in November 2015, Malala stated:
“It is more than a painting for me. It’s the support Nasser Azam gives to the education campaign that I stand for. It shows that people are standing with me to make sure no child is out of school. It is that support that strengthens me – we are together.”
